1971 Bat Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the 1971 bat platform ("we", "us", "1971 bat") and you (the user, member). By browsing the 1971 bat website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you fully accept these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age & Eligibility

To open and use an account on 1971 bat, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age
• Must be of sound mind and capable of making decisions voluntarily
• Have not been previously and permanently banned from 1971 bat for any reason
• Not enrolled in the Self-Exclusion Program

2.2 Registration Process

You are required to provide accurate information when registering your account. Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address must all be correct. We reserve the right to close any account created with false information at any time.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and all pending rewards forfeited. Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Security & Verification

3.1 Password & Login Security

Keep your account password strictly confidential. Never share it with anyone — 1971 bat staff will never ask for your password. If anyone requests it, this may be a fraud attempt; please notify us immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

1971 bat may verify your identity under any of the following circumstances:

• Within 30 days of account creation

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5 Bonus & Promotional Policy

5.2 Wagering Requirements

6 Betting Policy & Game Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

6.2 Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If the match is fully cancelled: full refund of the stake
• If more than 50% of the match has been played and it is then suspended: settled according to the result

6.3 Odds Changes

Odds in live betting change in real time. All bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed. 1971 bat reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1971 bat. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Any form of fraud or manipulation
• Using automated software or bots for betting
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers
• Operating an account using someone else's identity
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches in the platform
• Threatening or harassing other members
• Betting using insider information (match fixing)

8 Account closure and suspension policy

8.1 Closure Initiated by Us

An account may be suspended or permanently closed at any time for the following reasons:

• If evidence of a rule violation is found
• Verification failure or submission of false information
• Suspicious transaction activity
• Extended inactivity (12 months)

8.2 Closure Initiated by the Member

You may close your account at any time. Once you notify our support team, your account will be closed within 48 hours. Please withdraw your balance before requesting closure.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account with no transactions for 12 months will be considered inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 may be deducted from inactive accounts. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

1971 bat believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly and have put the necessary safeguards in place.

9.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

• Daily Deposit Limit: Set a daily deposit limit

11 Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

11.1 Limitation of Liability

1971 bat is not liable for the following:

• Bet cancellation due to internet disconnection
• Delays due to third-party payment provider issues
• Service interruption due to natural disaster or unforeseen circumstances
• Losses caused by the member's own device or connectivity issues

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

For any complaints, please contact our support team via live chat or email in the first instance. An initial response will be provided within 48 hours. If the matter remains unresolved, it will be escalated to senior management, and a final decision will be communicated within 7 business days.

12 Changes to Terms & Notification

1971 bat reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Advance notice will be sent to your registered email and by SMS. For major changes, at least 7 days' prior notice will be given.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. If you object to any changes, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
